Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Aspirin on Coagulation Function Index,Sex Hormone Level and Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Habitual Abortion
Objective To investigate the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with habitual abortion.Methods 76 patients with habitual abortion admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin on the basis of the control group.The coagulation function,sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness,serum cytokine levels,pregnancy outcomes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time and prothrombin time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The fibrinogen level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of progesterone,estradiol and human chorionic gonadotropin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group had a higher live birth rate than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of low molecular weight heparin and aspirin for habitual abortion has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients,effectively regulate the level of sex hormones,improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,and improve the live birth rate,which is worthy of promotion.
