The Effect of Combination Therapy with Urinary Kallidinogenase and Intravenous Thrombolysis on Hemorheology and Serum Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the specific effects of the combination of urinary kallidinogenase and intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 94 ACI patients admitted to Anqiu People's Hospital from February 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects, divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator intravenous thrombolysis, while the observation group received additional treatment with urinary kallidinogenase in addition to the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy, hemorheology, serum inflammatory factors, and adverse reactions between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,interleukin-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of adverse reactions between two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of urinary kallidinogenase combined with intravenous thrombolysis in ACI patients has a significant effect, which can effectively improve blood rheology and inflammatory factor levels, and is safe and reliable.
