Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Negative Pressure Wound Treatment Technology Combined with Scab Removal and Skin Grafting for the Treatment of Deep Burns
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of negative pressure wound technology combined with scab removal and skin grafting in the treatment of deep burn patients.Methods Seventy patients with deep burn treated in Chengyang District People's Hospital of Qingdao from April 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with scab grafting,and the observation group was treated with negative pressure wound technology on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.Wound healing,pain degree,serum inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of wound healing and granulation growth in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the dressing change frequency was less than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain degree and serum inflammatory factors between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(3.11±0.62)points,which was lower than(5.21±0.54)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of negative pressure wound technology and scab removal and skin grafting is more effective in the treatment of patients with deep burns,which can accelerate the healing speed of deep burn wounds,reduce the pain degree,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and have fewer complications,and is safe and reliable.
