Effects of Timing Care Combined with Focused Psychological Intervention on Coping Style and Psychological Stress in Children Undergoing Electronic Bronchoscopy Examination
Objective To explore the effects of timing care combined with focused psychological intervention on coping style and psychological stress of children undergoing electronic bronchoscopy examination.Methods 50 children who received electronic bronchoscopy examination in Jinan Third People's Hospital from May 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received focused psychological intervention during the examination of children,and the observation group received timing care on the basis of the control group.The psychological stress,coping style,treatment cooperation,behavioral cooperation and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of the Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the CMFS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the positive coping score in SCSQ of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in Frankl Treatment Compliance Scale and Houpt Behavior Scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the Frankl Treatment Compliance Scale score and Houpt Behavior Scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 24.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of timing care combined with focused psychological intervention in children undergoing electronic bronchoscopy examination has a good effect,which can alleviate psychological stress,improve coping style,improve treatment cooperation and behavioral cooperation of children,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
