The Effect of Bisoprolol Fumarate Combined with Diltiazem on the Incidence of Angina Pectoris and Endothelial Function in Patients with Coronary Angina Pectoris
Objective To explore the application effect of bisoprolol fumarate combined with diltiazem in patients with coronary angina pectoris(CAP).Methods 84 CAP patients admitted to the hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 42 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate, while the observation group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate combined with diltiazem, both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Compare the incidence of angina pectoris, vascular endothelial function, clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had fewer episodes of angina, lower pain Visual Analogue Scale scores, shorter duration, and statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of nitric oxide in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the levels of endothelin and vascular endothelial growth factor were lower than those in the control group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 4.76%,which was higher than the control group's 19.05%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of bisoprolol fumarate and diltiazem has a good application effect in CAP patients, which is beneficial for improving angina attacks, improving endothelial function, enhancing clinical efficacy, and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions. The application is safe.
