Application of Dual Index Guided Intervention and 5A Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients Undergoing Thyroid Cancer Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of dual index guided intervention and 5A early rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery. Methods A total of 80 thyroid cancer patients who were underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from July 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, and divided into a control group and a intervention group by random number table method. The control group(n=40)was received routine nursing, while the intervention group(n=40)was received dual index guided intervention and 5A early rehabilitation nursing. The degree of voice disorders, degree of pharyngeal reflux symptoms, and self-care ability in both groups were compared. Results After intervention, the Voice Disorder Index Score of the intervention group was(12.48±3.45)points,lower than(15.52±4.07)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the Pharyngeal Reflux Symptom Index Score of the intervention group was(8.13±2.31)points,lower than(12.36±3.28)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the Self-Care Ability Scale Score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dual index guided intervention and 5A early rehabilitation nursing in the intervention of thyroid cancer surgery patients can improve the degree of voice disorders and symptoms of pharyngeal reflux, and enhance self-care ability.
