Effect of Chorionic Gonadotropin Assisted Clomiphene Citrate in the Treatment of Endocrine Dysfunctional Infertility and Its Impact on Serum Sex Hormone Levels and Pregnancy Rate
Objective To explore the specific effects of combined treatment with chorionic gonadotropin and clomiphene citrate on patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility.Methods 80 patients with endocrine disorder infertility who were admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate,and the observation group was treated with chorionic gonadotropin based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum sex hormone levels,pregnancy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the pregnancy rate was 95.00%,higher than 70.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,progesterone level in observation group was(49.56±7.23)nmol/L,follicle-stimulating hormone level was(20.34±1.53)mIU/mL,luteinization hormone level was(76.13±9.33)mIU/mL,estradiol level was(456.56±14.26)pmol/mL,all of which were higher than those in control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of chorionic gonadotropin and clomiphene citrate can effectively regulate sex hormone levels,improve pregnancy rates,and have good safety for patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility.
