Impact of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing Combined with Personalized Dietary Guidance on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral nursing combined with personalized dietary guidance in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods 80 patients with CRF maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Wenshang County People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received cognitive behavioral nursing combined with individualized dietary guidance.The negative mood,nutrition index,health behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(40.49±5.60)points and(44.19±5.21)points,both lower than(46.34±4.52)points and(52.64±6.14)points in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of serum albumin,total protein,prealbumin,hemoglobin,and the scores of Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile and various dimensions of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing combined with personalized dietary guidance can alleviate negative emotions,improve nutritional indicators and health behaviors,and enhance quality of life in CRF maintenance hemodialysis patients.
