Effect of Specialized Nurse-Led Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Advanced Age Hip Fractures and Its Influence on Pain
Objective To explore the effect of specialized nurse-led rehabilitation nursing in patients with advanced age hip fracture. Methods 480 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a group A and a group B according to the order of admission. The group A(n=240)received routine nursing, while the group B(n=240)received specialized nurse-led rehabilitation nursing. The degree of pain, hip joint function,self-care ability, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05);3 days,7 days and 2 weeks after intervention, the VAS scores of the group B were lower than those of the group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the Harris Hip Score(HHS)and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the HHS score and ADL score of the group B were(65.74±4.12)points and(66.29±4.11)points,respectively,which were higher than(56.85±4.69)points and(57.68±4.03)points of the group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the group B was 2.92%,lower than 7.50%of the group A,and the nursing satisfaction was 96.67%,higher than 91.25%of the group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of specialized nurse-led rehabilitation nursing in patients with advanced age hip fracture can reduce their pain, significantly improve their hip function and daily self-care ability, and enhance their satisfaction with nursing.
