Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Based on Foresight Theory on Neonatal Mechanical Ventilation
Objective Exploring the application effect of comprehensive nursing based on foresight theory in neonatal mechanical ventilation. Methods Selecting 80 newborns treated with mechanical ventilation in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 as the research subjects, divide them into a reference group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, both groups received continuous intervention for 7 days. The rehabilitation status, neonatal comfort score and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the mechanical ventilation time in the observation group was(4.21±0.38)d,which was shorter than the reference group's(4.52±0.59)d,the success rate of one-time weaning from mechanical ventilation was 52.50%,the satisfaction rate of family nursing was 65.00%,and the nursing quality score was(94.26±3.14)points,all higher than the reference group's 30.00%,42.50%,and(92.42±2.97)points,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 and 7 days of intervention, the comfort scores of newborns in the observation group were(13.26±2.28)points and(7.95±1.02)points,respectively,which were lower than the reference group's(15.52±2.77)points and(9.01±1.79)points,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than the 27.50%in the reference group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing based on foresight theory in neonatal mechanical ventilation is significant, which can shorten mechanical ventilation time, improve nursing quality and satisfaction, improve nursing comfort, and reduce adverse events rates. It is worth promoting and applying.
