Objective To explore the clinical value of foot reflexology area massage nursing combined with aerobic exercise, and analyze its effect on the rehabilitation intervention effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with high risk factors of diabetic foot. Methods A total of 90 diabetic patients with high risk factors of diabetic foot admitted to the hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The comprehensive treatment plan and local preventive measures of the two groups were basically the same. The control group received aerobic exercise training, and the observation group was treated with foot reflexology area massage on the basis of control group. The ankle-brachial index, foot pressure sensation score, quality of life, and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The ankle-brachial index and foot pressure sensation threshold in the observation group were(1.22±0.27)and(1.53±0.45)points,respectively,which were higher than(1.05±0.34)and(1.32±0.46)points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Quality of Life Scale for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of regular aerobic exercise, foot reflexoloy area massage can improve the foot blood circulation, reduce adverse event rates, and improve the quality of life of patients.
