Progress of Pulmonary Rehabilitation in Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy after Tracheotomy
Pulmonary dysfunction is a common complication in stroke patients, especially in patients with tracheotomy after stroke.Due to the damage of the respiratory center of patients, pulmonary dysfunction and other clinical diseases can be induced, and respiratory failure can be caused in severe cases, greatly increasing the mortality and disability rate of patients. In order to better improve the pulmonary dysfunction of stroke patients with tracheotomy, pulmonary rehabilitation came into being. The implementation of pulmonary rehabilitation is a targeted comprehensive intervention measures formulated on the basis of the patient's condition, which can effectively improve the physiological and psychological conditions of stroke patients and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the prognosis. Therefore, this paper analyzes the mechanism of respiratory dysfunction in stroke patients with tracheotomy and pulmonary rehabilitation treatment measures for stroke patients with tracheotomy, summarizes the methods of pulmonary rehabilitation in clinical application, and provides effective guidance and theoretical support for medical personnel in practical work.
