Clinical Efficay Study on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Acupotomy Combined with Positioning Oblique Pulling Method
Objective To investigate the effect of acupotomy combined with positioning oblique manipulation in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Selecting 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Hezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to October 2023 as the research subjects.Using a random number table method, the patients were randomly assigned to the acupotomy group, the positioning oblique pulling method group, and the acupotomy combined with positioning oblique pulling method group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment cycle is one course.Compare the pain Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score,Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)score, serum creatine kinase(CK)levels, and serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels among the three groups of patients. Results The difference in VAS score,ODI score, and CK level before and after treatment among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in LDH levels before and after treatment among the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Further pairwise comparison results showed that the difference in VAS score and ODI score before and after treatment was statistically significant, with the acupotomy combined with positioning oblique pulling method group being higher than the acupotomy group and positioning oblique pulling method group, and the acupotomy group being higher than the positioning oblique pulling method group(P<0.05);the difference in serum CK before and after treatment was statistically significant, with the acupotomy combined with oblique positioning method group being higher than the acupotomy group and oblique positioning method group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupotomy and positioning oblique pulling method compared to simply using acupotomy or positioning oblique pulling method, can better improve the symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar disc herniation, reduce the serum CK value of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and is worth promoting.
