醒脑开窍针法治疗脑中风的疗效观察

摘要
目的 探究采用醒脑开窍针法治疗脑中风患者的疗效.方法 选取 2023年 3 月—2024 年1 月我院收治的100 例脑中风患者为研究对象,以电脑随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50 例.对照组采用传统针法治疗,观察组采用醒脑开窍针法治疗.对比两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能、肢体运动功能、生活自理能力、吞咽功能、生活质量.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表、Barthel指数评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组Gugging吞咽功能评估量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组健康调查简表各个维度评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 脑中风患者采用醒脑开窍针法治疗后,其神经功能、肢体运动功能、生活自理能力、吞咽功能、生活质量均得到改善,疗效显著,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of using the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method to treat stroke patients.Methods Selecting 100 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects,using a computer random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional acupuncture treatment,while the observation group received Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy,neurological function,limb motor function,self-care ability,swallowing function,and quality of life between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and Barthel Index scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores on the Gugging Swallowing Screen in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension in the two groups of 36-item Short Form Health Surve were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion After adopting the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method to treat stroke patients,their neurological function,limb motor function,self-care ability,swallowing function,and quality of life have all been improved,and the therapeutic effect is significant,which is worth promoting.
