Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Ultra-Fine Needle Knife Therapy on Patients with Tennis Elbow
Objective Analysis and observation of the effect of using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultra-fine needle knife therapy in the treatment of tennis elbow patients. Methods Selecting 60 tennis elbow patients admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 as the research subjects, they were divided into a control group and a treatment group using the envelope method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received local closed injection therapy, while the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultra-fine needle knife therapy.Compare the clinical efficacy, degree of elbow joint pain, elbow joint function, painless grip strength, disease recurrence rate, and adverse reactions between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.0%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the Mayo Elbow Performance Score score and painless grip strength were higher than those of the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of tennis elbow patients, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and ultra-fine needle knife therapy can achieve significant therapeutic effects, effectively alleviate elbow symptoms, reduce elbow joint pain, promote elbow joint function recovery, improve grip strength, and have a low incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence. It is worth promoting.
