Study on the Application Effect of Qilong Capsules in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction in the Recovery Period
Objective Exploring the application effect of Qilong capsules in patients with acute cerebral infarction in the recovery period.Methods A total of 96 patients with recovered cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydroclopidogrel,and the observation group was treated with Qilong capsules in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,hemorheological indicators,and inflammatory response indicators between two groups,and statistics on the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than the control group's 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity levels than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the average levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1,and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Comparison of incidence rates of adverse reactions between two groups,the differences was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of Qilong capsules in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the recovery period has a good effect,which can improve the hemorheological and inflammatory response indicators of patients,and has high medication safety.
