Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Yang's Cotton Patch Moxibustion in the Treatment of Neurodermatitis
Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of Yang's cotton patch moxibustion in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods Selecting 100 patients with neurodermatitis admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 as the research subjects,the patients was divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medium acting hormone drugs triamcinolone acetonicle,while the treatment group was treated with Yang's cotton patch moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,safety,symptom score,and recurrence rate between two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate and safety of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of various symptoms and recurrence rates were lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yang's cotton patch moxibustion has a good clinical effect in the treatment of neurodermatitis,with high safety and low recurrence rate.
