Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation Training Combined with Enhanced Extracorporeal Counterpulsation Therapy on Post PCI Cardiac Function and Exercise Endurance in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective Exploring the effects of cardiac rehabilitation training combined with enhanced extracorporeal counterpulsation therapy on postoperative cardiac function and exercise endurance in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 280 AMI patients treated with PCI at Chengwu County People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects, divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 140 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention and cardiac rehabilitation training, and the observation group received routine intervention, cardiac rehabilitation training, and enhanced extracorporeal counterpulsation treatment for patients.Compare the quality of life, cardiac function, and exercise endurance between two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was(56.87±9.44)%,higher than the control group's(51.35±9.24)%,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter was(42.88±0.57)mm,shorter than the control group's(48.01±0.86)mm,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume was(105.37±12.25)mL in the observation group, which was less than(124.68±16.46)mL in the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention, the Borg Burnout Rating Scale score for the observation group was(5.77±0.94)points,lower than the control group's(9.48±1.02)points.The Chinese Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Chinese Patient with Cardiovascular Diseases score was(78.68±6.05)points,higher than the control group's(64.17±5.24)points,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cardiac rehabilitation training and enhanced extracorporeal counterpulsation therapy can improve the cardiac function of AMI patients after PCI,enhance exercise endurance, and improve quality of life.
