多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合光子治疗仪治疗化学性静脉炎的临床疗效

摘要
目的 研究化学性静脉炎患者采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合光子治疗的效果.方法 选取 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 6 月重庆市中医院收治的 108 例化学性静脉炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组54 例.对照组采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用光子治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组的静脉弹性恢复及红肿消退时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的疼痛数字评价量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率、治疗总满意率分别为 98.15%、100.00%,均高于对照组的 85.19%、83.33%,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组的不良反应发生率为 1.85%,低于对照组的 18.52%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 化学性静脉炎患者采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合光子治疗的效果显著,可快速缓解患者症状,减轻其疼痛,且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To research the effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with photon therapy on patients with chemical phlebitis.Methods A total of 108 patients with chemical phlebitis admitted to Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number bable method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream,and the observation group was treated with photon therapy on the basis of the conrtol group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery time of venous elasticity and redness in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pain numerical rating scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate and total satisfaction rate of the observation group were 98.15%and 100.00%,respectively,which were higher than 85.19%and 83.33%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.85%,lower than 18.52%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with photon therapy in patients with chemical phlebitis is significant,which can quickly relieve symptoms and pain of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
