Application Effect of Phased Functional Rehabilitation Training Combined with Otago Exercise in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective To explore the application effect of phased functional rehabilitation training combined with Otago exercise in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Ninety-four elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group received phased functional rehabilitation training combined with Otago exercise. Both groups received continuous training for 12 weeks.Hip function, balance function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 weeks of intervention, the hip joint function scores in all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Berg Balarce Scole points of the observation group were(30.08±3.95),which were lower than that of the control group(36.37±4.11),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Activities of Dally Living points of the observation group were(61.66±4.75)points,higher than that of the control group(55.59±4.12)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased functional rehabilitation training combined with Otago exercise can promote the recovery of elderly patients with FNF,improve their hip function, balance function, and enhance their daily living ability.
