Effect of Endovascular Interventional Embolization in the Treatment on Brain Injury Indicators and Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Intracranial Aneurysms
Objective To explore the application effect of endovascular interventional embolization in patients with intracranial aneurysms. Methods A total of 86 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to Jilin Central Hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects, divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with craniotomy clipping, and the observation group was treated with endovascular interventional embolization. The operation related indicators, brain injury indicators, serum inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter surgical time and hospital stay compared to the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).7 days after surgery, the levels of neuron-specific enolase, central nervous system specific protein β,serum myelin basic protein, tumor necrosis factor alpha, procalcitonin, hypersensitive C-reactive protein, and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 were all lower than those in the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of incidence rates of complications between two groups, the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with craniotomy clipping, endovascular interventional embolization has a better therapeutic effect in patients with intracranial aneurysms, can reducing levels of brain injury indicators and inflammatory factors, and achieving faster postoperative recovery.
