Effect of Subcutaneous Injection of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Combined with Oral Aspirin in the Treatment of Embolism in Pregnancy
Objective To investigate the effect of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with oral aspirin in the treatment of embolism in pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 patients with embolism in pregnancy admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium,and the observation group was treated with aspirin on the basis of control group.Hemorheology,coagulation function,pregnancy outcome and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before and after treatment,comparison of two groups of prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and platelet levels,there were no statistically significant differences between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity of the observation group was(1.31±0.20)mPa/s,the low viscosity of whole blood was(9.63±1.31)mPa/s,and the high viscosity of whole blood was(4.03±0.45)mPa/s,which was lower than(1.64±0.23)mPa/s,(11.12±1.54)mPa/s and(4.88±0.52)mPa/s in the control group,the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with oral as pirin in the treatment of embolism in pregnancy can effectively regulate the hemorheology indexes of the patients,improve the pregnancy outcome,and increase the live birth rate.It will not cause adverse effects on the coagulation function of the patients,and the adverse reactions are not significantly increased,which has a certain safety.
