Effects of Noninvasive Mechanical Ventilation Combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide on Cardiac Function and Blood Gas Indexes in Patients with Severe Heart Failure
Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)on cardiac function and blood gas indexes in patients with severe heart failure(HF).Methods Sixty patients with severe HF admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rhBNP,and the observation group was treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation on this basis. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function, blood gas indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in cardiac function and blood gas indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of cardiac index and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter were shorter than those in the control group, the arterial oxygen partial pressure was(78.64±5.73)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),and the blood oxygen saturation was(70.04±4.87)%.They were higher than(70.12±4.67)mmHg,(60.15±4.26)%in the control group, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood was(32.15±2.87)mmHg,lower than(43.69±3.24)mmHg in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive mechanical ventilation combined with rhBNP therapy can effectively maintain the stability of blood gas indexes and improve cardiac function in patients with severe HF,and it is safe.
