摘要
目的 探讨基于渐进模型的运动处方结合多媒体视频教育在老年髋关节置换术后患者功能康复中的应用价值.方法 选取 2021年 8 月—2023 年10 月南京市江宁医院收治的 72 例行髋关节置换术的老年患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各36 例.对照组采用常规康复干预,观察组采用基于渐进模型的运动处方结合多媒体视频教育干预,两组均持续干预 8 周.比较两组患者的髋关节功能、平衡功能及生活质量.结果 干预前,两组髋关节功能、平衡功能及生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预后,观察组Berg平衡量表评分为(43.62±3.24)分,高于对照组的(37.85±2.89)分,Harris髋关节功能评分量表、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于渐进模型的运动处方结合多媒体视频教育可有效增强老年髋关节置换术手术患者平衡功能,促进髋关节功能恢复,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of progressive model based exercise prescription combined with multimedia video education in functional rehabilitation of elderly patients after hip arthroplasty.Methods Seventy-two elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery admitted to Na njing Jiangning Hospital from August 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation interven tion,and the observation group received exercise prescription based on progressive model combined with multimedia video education intervention.The intervention lasted for 8 weeks in both groups.Hip function,balance function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in hip function,balance function and quality of life between the two groups(P＞0.05);after intervention,the score of Berg Balance Scale in the observation group was(43.62±3.24)points,which was higher than(37.85±2.89)points of the control group,and the scores of Harris Hip Function Scale and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale in all dimensions were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Exercise prescription based on progressive model combined with multimedia video education can effectively enhance the balance function of elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery,promote the recovery of hip function and improve the quality of life.
