Effect of Humanized High-Quality Nursing Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training on Blood Gas Analysis and APACHEⅡScore of ICU Respiratory Failure Patients Undergoing Mechanical Ventilation
Objective To explore the effect of humanized high-quality nursing combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training on mechanical ventilation patients with respiratory failure in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Eighty-four patients with mechanical ventilation for respiratory failure admitted to ICU of Anhui Provincial Armed Police Force Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received humanized high-quality nursing, and the observation group received pulmonary rehabilitation training on this basis. The blood gas analysis indexes,Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHEⅡ)score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the arterial oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the carbon dioxide partial pressure and APACHEⅡ score were lower than those of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,lower than 19.05%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionHumanized high-quality nursing combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training can improve the blood gas analysis indexes and health status of ICU patients with respiratory failure mechanical ventilation, and reduce the incidence of complications.
