Research on the Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing Based on Medical Nursing Cooperation in Patients Undergoing Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing based on medical nursing cooperation in patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods Eighty-two patients with ureteral stones admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 41 cases,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing based on medical nursing cooperation,both groups were observed until one week after surgery.Compare the postoperative recovery,stress indicators,and complications between two groups.Results The observation group had shorter postoperative first meal,ambulation,catheter removal,and hospital stay compared to the control group,and the pain Visual Analogue Scale score at 24 hours after surgery was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of malondialdehyde(MDA),cortisol(Cor),diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure(P＞0.05);24 hours after surgery,the levels of MDA,Cor,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing based on medical nursing cooperation can alleviate stress reactions in patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,reduce the occurrence of complications,and accelerate postoperative recovery.
