Effect of Guided Music Accompaniment Combined with Delivery Ball and Lamaze Breathing Method on Labor Pain,Natural Childbirth and Labor Process in Primiparous Women
Objective To explore the effect of guided music accompaniment combined with delivery ball and Lamaze breathing method on primiparous women. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of primipara who had natural delivery in Jingxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with guided music accompaniment combined delivery ball and lamaze breathing method intervention. The labor pain, labor mode, labor duration and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the first stage of labor in the observation group, the VAS score of the second stage of labor and the VAS score of the third stage of labor, all of which were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group, higher than that of the control group, the vaginal midwifing rate, and the conversion cesarean section rate, all of which were lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The time of the first stage of labor in the observation group, the time of the second stage of labor and the time of the third stage of labor, all of which were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than that in the control group's 11.11%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of guided music accompaniment, delivery ball, and lamaze breathing method intervention for primiparous women can alleviate labor pain, shorten the delivery process, increase the natural delivery rate, and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
