Analysis of the Impact of High-quality Nursing on Sleep Quality,Quality of Life and Negative Emotions in Patients with Arrhythmia after Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction and its impact on their sleep quality,quality of life,and negative emotions.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality nursing.Compare the sleep quality,quality of life,and negative emotions between two groups.Results After nursing,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-100 score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction has a significant effect,and its negative emotions,sleep quality,and quality of life can be significantly improved.It is worth applying and promoting.
