Impact of Nursing Strategies Guided by the 3H High-Quality Nursing Concept Combined with Graphic and Textual Communication on Clinical Symptoms and Compliance Behavior in Children with Severe Pneumonia
Objective To explore the impact of nursing strategies guided by the 3H high-quality nursing concept combined with graphic and textual communication on children with severe pneumonia.Methods Eighty children with severe pneumonia admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented nursing strategy under the guidance of 3H high-quality nursing concept,and the observation group implemented graphic and textual communication based on the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms,compliance behavior,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of wheezing,cough and shortness of breath in observation group was shorter than that in control group,but there were no statistical significance between groups(P＞0.05).The duration of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rate of compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of the quality of life scale of children and adolescents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing strategies guided by the 3H high-quality nursing concept combined with graphic and textual communication in children with severe pneumonia has a significant effect,can strengthening their compliance behavior,reducing complications,and helping to improve the quality of life of children.
