Effect of Acupuncture Treatment Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Heat Cure Pack Hot Pressing Along the Meridian on Limb Motor Function in Hemiplegic Patients after Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine heat cure pack hot pressing along the meridian on the limb motor function of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 70 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with massage and massage, while the study group was treated with acupuncture on the affected limb combined with traditional Chinese medicine heat cure pack hot pressing along the meridian.Compare the clinical efficacy,6-minute walking test distance(6MWD),and motor function evaluation between two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than the control group's 77.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the study group had longer 6MWD after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the study group had better motor function than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture treatment for the affected limb and traditional Chinese medicine heat cure pack hot pressing along the meridian has a significant effect on the treatment of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve the limb motor function and promote the improvement of motor ability, and is worth promoting and applying.
