Analysis of the Effect of Using Predictive Nursing to Prevent Lower Limb Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective Exploring the clinical effect of predictive nursing in preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Selecting 60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Chifeng Hospital from January to March 2023 as the research subjects, divide them into a control group and a research group using random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the research group received predictive nursing in addition to the control group.Compare the degree of neurological deficits, motor function, improvement in quality of life,as well as the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and lower limb swelling and pain between two groups. Results After nursing, the the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale scores of both groups were lower than before nursing, and the research group was lower than the control group, the Fugl Meyer scores of both groups were higher than before nursing, and the research group was higher than the control group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);the the MOS Item Short from Health Survey scores in all dimensions in both groups were higher than before nursing, and the research group was higher than the control group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of lower limb swelling and pain in the research group was lower than that in the control group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in two groups of lower limbs, the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing mode for clinical intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can not only restore the damaged nerve function of the patient to normal, but also enhance the patient's limb motor function, reduce lower limb swelling and pain, lower limb deep vein thrombosis, and improve the patient's quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
