Right Zopiclone Joint Based on Mindfulness of Music Therapy for Dementia Patients with Sleep Disorders with Polysomnography Results and the Influence of PSQI Score
Objective To analyze the effect of dexzopiclone combined with mindfulness-based music therapy on senile dementia patients with sleep disorders.Methods A total of 82 senile dementia patients with sleep disorders admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexzopiclone,and the observation group was treated with mindfulness music therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,polysomnography results,sleep quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the sleep latency was shorter than that of the control group,and the scores of sleep efficiency and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zopiclone joint right mindfulness based music therapy can reduce dementia patients with sleep disorders with insomnia symptoms,improve the quality of sleep,with no serious adverse reaction,can be applied.
