Effect of Vitamin AD Drops Combined with Pulmicort on Symptom Improvement and Serological Indicators in Children with Bronchiolitis
Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin AD drops combined with pulmicort on symptom improvement and serological indicators in children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 118 children with bronchiolitis admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jining City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with pulmicort,while the observation group received treatment with Vitamin AD drops combined with pulmicort.Compare the serological indicators,symptom improvement time,lung function,and adverse reactions between two groups of pediatric patients.Results The disappearance time of lung wheezing,wheezing,shortness of breath,and cough symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after treatment,the levels of cysteinyl leukotrienes and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of γ-interferon were higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after treatment,the observation group had greater levels of forced vital capacity,first second forced expiratory volume,and peak expiratory flow rate compared to the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);comparison of adverse reactions between two groups,the differences was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of vitamin AD drops and pulmicort in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis is helpful in accelerating the resolution of clinical symptoms,improving serological indicators,enhancing lung function,and has good safety.It is worth promoting.
