Effect of Butylphthalide Capsules Combined with Edaravone in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction and Its Impact on Patients'Neurological Function and Prognosis
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of butylphthalide capsule combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its impact on patients'neurological function and prognosis.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Liaocheng Brain Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide capsule on this basis.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The neurological function,clinical efficacy,coagulation function,prognosis and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.00%,which was higher than 88.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time,activated partial thrombin time and thrombin time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the fibrinogen level was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Rankin scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of butylphthalide capsule combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce patients'neurological damage,improve their coagulation function and prognosis,and has high safety.
