Effect of Ningmitai Capsules Combined with Levofloxacin Treatment on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function in Prostate Fluid of Patients with Chronic Prostatitis
Objective Exploring the efficacy of Ningmitai capsules combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis(CP).Methods Selecting 80 CP patients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with levofloxacin,while the treatment group received treatment in combination with Ningmitai capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for one month.Compare the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,immune function,and symptom relief time between two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of Interleukin-1,tumor necrosis factor-α,and TNF-vascular cell adhesion factor in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of Cluster of Differentiation(CD)4+and CD4+/CD8+in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the symptom relief time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of levofloxacin and Ningmitai capsules for CP patients has a significant therapeutic effect,which can improve the patient's immune function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in prostate fluid,and shorten the time for symptom relief.
