Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Vacuum Assisted Minimally Invasive Circumcision on Serum Pain Factors,Tumor Residue and Safety in Patients with Benign Breast Tumors
Objective To investigate the effects of ultrasound-guided vacuum assisted minimally invasive circumcision on serum pain factors, tumor residual and safety in patients with benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 78 patients with benign breast tumor admitted to Tai'an Mental Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to odd and even numbers, with 39 cases in each group. The control group underwent mastectomy, and the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided vacuum assisted minimally invasive circumcision. The perioperative indexes, serum pain factor levels, tumor residual status and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, incision healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 days after surgery, the levels of neuropeptide Y,5-hydroxytryptamine and prostaglandin in both groups were higher than those before surgery, but the levels of all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in tumor residue between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,lower than 20.51%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-Guided vacuum assisted minimally invasive circumcision can effectively improve perioperative indexes and adjust the levels of serum pain factors in patients with benign breast tumors, with good safety.
