Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol Nebulized Inhalation in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma with Pulmonary Infection
Objective Exploring the effects of budesonide and salbutamol combined with nebulized inhalation in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection.Methods Selecting 100 patients with bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jining City from June 2022 to June 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nebulized inhalation of salbutamol injection,while the observation group treated with budesonide and salbutamol combined with nebulized inhalation therapy.Two groups were treated continuously for 7 days.Compare the lung function,clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than the 80.00%of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter disappearance time for dyspnea,cough,lung rales,and wheezing compared to the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had greater levels of forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume at 1 second compared to the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of incidence rates of adverse reactions between two groups,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of budesonide and salbutamol combined with nebulized inhalation therapy in patients with bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection can promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reactions,improve lung function,and have high safety.
