Impact of Nursing Model Combined with Standardized Nursing Intervention Under the Guidance of IKAP Theory on the Psychological Status and Quality of Life of Patients with Wound Stomas
Objective To explore the impact of nursing model combined with standardized nursing intervention under the guidance of information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)theory on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with wound stoma.Methods Eighty-six patients with wound stomy treated in the Second People's Hospital of Heze City from March 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with IKAP theoretically guided nursing mode combined with standardized nursing intervention,both groups were evaluated after 1 month of nursing.The psychological status,self-management ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in psychological status,self-management ability and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);ater nursing,the scores of the self-rating scale of depression and self-rating scale of anxiety in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of the self-management ability scale and the comprehensive assessment questionnaire of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of IKAP theory,the nursing model combined with standardized nursing intervention can alleviate negative emotions in patients with wound stomas,improve self-management ability and quality of life.
