Application Analysis of Goal Oriented Lung Rehabilitation Training in Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients
Objective To analyze the application effect of goal oriented lung rehabilitation training in lung cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods One hundred and sixty-two lung cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy at the hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The research subjects were divided into a control group and a research group using a random number table method, with 81 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during chemotherapy, while the research group received goal oriented lung rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment, compare the lung function,Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)score,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),and cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)score between the two groups of patients. Results Before intervention, there was no differences in forced vital capacity(FVC),First second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,PFS scores,6MWD and QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and FVC in the research group were all higher than those in the control group, with PFS scores lower than those in the control group,6MWD much farther than those in the control group, and QLQ-C30 scores higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant. Conclusion Goal oriented lung rehabilitation training can effectively improve lung function, alleviate cancer-related fatigue, improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in lung cancer chemotherapy patients, and has practical value.
