Effect of Goal Oriented Repetitive Functional Training on Neurological Function,Limb Function, and Quality of Life in Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the application value of goal oriented repetitive functional training in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who received treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group combined with goal oriented repetitive functional training on the basis of the control group.Compare the neurological function, activity of daily living, limb motor function, and quality of life between two groups. Results After intervention, the consciousness level, eye movement, visual field, and limb activity scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale scores of the upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the Barthel index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of all dimensions in the generic quality of life inventory-74 were higher than those in the control group, and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who cooperate with goal oriented repetitive functional training in intervention work have significant value in improving their neurological and limb motor functions, enhancing their activity of daily living and quality of life.
