Efficacy and Safety of Acupoint Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Patients with Chong Ren Dysplasia of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Chong Ren dysplasia of mammary gland hyperplasia(MGH).Methods One hundred and eighty patients with Chong Ren dysplasia MGH admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rukangshu Capsule,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,breast pain degree and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(2.56±0.94)points,which was lower than(3.61±1.28)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint application can effectively relieve the symptoms of Chong Ren dysplasia MGH patients,relieve breast pain,and has a significant effect,and does not significantly increase adverse reactions,safe and reliable.
