Effect of Shuxuening Injection Combined with Intravenous Thrombolysis on Neurolobical Function and Hemorheology Indexes in Emergency Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis on emergency patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The clinical data of 80 emergency acute ischemic stroke patients admitted to Juxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with Shuxuening injection on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,hemorheology indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,plasma viscosity,whole blood low tangential viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with intravenous thrombolytic therapy is effective in emergency patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction,can improve the hemorheology index,restore the neurological function,and has high safety.
