Clinical Research on the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis with Zhengqing Triple Sequential Therapy
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhengqing triple sequential therapy(Zhengqing Fengtongning Oral+traditional chinese medicine directional penetration+acupoint injection)in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods One hundred seventy-two cervical patients admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 86 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture, massage and cupping therapy, and the observation group was treated with Zhengqing triple sequential therapy on the basisof the control group. The clinical efficacy, pain degree, quantitative scores of clinical symptoms and signs and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 84.88%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was(1.56±0.32)points,which was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the local pain, pain location, tenderness degree, number of tenderness points, cervical mobility dysfunction scores and total score in the observation group were(0.72±0.22)points,(0.77±0.25)points,(0.67±0.18)points,(0.82±0.21)points,(1.56±0.17)points and(5.26±1.32)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with cervical spondylosis treated with Zhengqing triple sequential therapy can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs, relieve neck pain, and is safe.
