Application Effect of Tongue Pressure Resistance Feedback Training Combined with Dysphagia Instrument in the Treatment of Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of tongue pressure resistance feedback training combined with dysphagia instrument in the treatment of patients with swallowing disorders after stroke. Methods A total of 50 stroke patients admitted to Changzhou Third People's Hospital from February to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine swallowing training, and the observation group was treated with tongue pressure resistance feedback training combined with dysphagia instrument on the basis of the control group. The swallowing function the risk of aspiration and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of the Standard Swallowing Assessment scale and Rosenbek Penetration/Aspiration Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the swallowing quality of life scale score in the observation group was(189.97±16.74)points,which was higher than the(114.13±13.34)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongue pressure resistance feedback training combined with dysphagia instruments in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after stroke can improve the swallowing function of patients, minimize the risk of aspiration, and improve their quality of life.
