Effects of Ketogenic Diet Combined with Exercise Rehabilitation Training on Lipid Metabolism and Liver Function in Patients with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Objective To investigate the effects of ketogenic diet combined with exercise rehabilitation training on lipid metabolism and liver function in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 72 patients with NAFLD admitted to the Qingdao Jimo District Hopsital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with exercise rehabilitation training intervention, and the observation group was treated with ketogenic diet management intervention on the basis of the control group, the intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups. The clinical efficacy, lipid metabolism and liver function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,higher than 75.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were(1.68±0.30)mmol/L and(1.50±0.34)mmol/L respectively, which were lower than(2.19±0.21)mmol/L and(2.50±0.14)mmol/L in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the ALT and AST in the observation group were(93.48±6.94)U/L and(54.36±10.06)U/L,which were lower than(101.24±18.28)U/L and(86.41±6.89)U/L in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ketogenic diet combined with exercise rehabilitation training can improve the clinical efficacy, lipid metabolism and liver function of NAFLD patients.
