目的 探讨悬吊核心肌群训练结合认知行为干预对脑梗死偏瘫患者运动及平衡功能、生活质量的影响.方法 选择 2020 年 5月—2023 年5 月滨州医学院附属医院收治的 82 例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 41 例.对照组采用常规康复训练干预,观察组采用悬吊核心肌群训练结合认知行为干预.比较两组患者的运动及平衡功能、生活质量及认知功能.结果 干预前,两组运动功能、平衡功能、生活质量及认知功能比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组功能性步行量表评分(3.20±0.52)分、躯干损伤量表评分(15.30±3.17)分、Berg平衡量表评分(43.18±4.19)分、简明健康状况调查量表评分(86.24±2.25)分均高于对照组的(2.35±0.54)分、(11.45±3.12)分、(36.92±3.96)分、(67.33±2.09)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 悬吊核心肌群训练结合认知行为干预可有效促进脑梗死偏瘫患者恢复正常的运动及平衡功能,改善其生活质量,是一种安全可靠的干预方案.
Effect of Suspended Core Muscle Group Training Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Intervention on Motor and Balance Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the effects of suspended core muscle group training combined with cognitive behavioral intervention on motor and balance function,and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods A total of 82 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia treated in Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group was treated with suspended core muscle training combined with cognitive behavior intervention.The movement and balance function,quality of life and cognitive function of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in motor function,balance function,quality of life and cognitive function between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of Functional Ambulation Category scale(3.20±0.52)points,Trunk Injury Scale(15.30±3.17)points,Berg Balance Scale(43.18±4.19)points and 36-item Short Form Health Surve(86.24±2.25)points in the observation group were higher than(2.35±0.54)points,(11.45±3.12)points,(36.92±3.96)points,(67.33±2.09)points in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of suspended core muscle group training and cognitive behavioral intervention can effectively promote the recovery of normal motor and balance functions in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia,improve their quality of life,and is a safe and reliable intervention plan.
