Application Value of Rehabilitation Nursing Guided by Precision Nursing Theory Combined with Breathing Training in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after Operation
Objective To explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing guided by precision nursing theory combined with breathing training in patients after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 78 postoperative AMI patients admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 39 cases each. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing guided by precision nursing theory combined with breathing training on the basis of the control group.Lung function,self-management ability and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the observation group had forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second compared greater than those of the control group, and scores in all dimensions of the Coronary Heart Disease Self-Management Scale higher than those of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.69%,which was lower than 33.33%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation nursing guided by precision nursing theory combined with breathing training has significant effects in postoperative AMI patients, which can promote the improvement of patients'lung function, enhance their self-management ability, and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
