Comparison of Perioperative Indicators and Inflammatory-Oxidative Stress Indicators in Patients with Uterine Fibroids after Transumbilical Single-Port and Multi-Port Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of transumbilical single-port and multi-port laparoscopic surgery in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with uterine fibroids in Linyi Central Hospital from October 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, according to different surgical methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group underwent multi-port laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery.Perioperative indicators, pain degree and inflammatory-oxidative stress indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was(36.73±4.19)mL,which was less than(50.62±5.10)mL in the control group, the operative time was(65.41±5.89)min,the postoperative exhaust time was(12.19±3.16)h,and the length of hospitalization was(4.68±0.50)d,which were shorter than(72.73±6.70)min,(20.44±3.27)h,(5.79±0.67)d of control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 24 hours and 48 hours after operation, the pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);24 hours after operation, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and malondialdehyde in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the levels of superoxide dismutase were higher than those in control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with porous laparoscopic surgery, transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery has better clinical effect in the treatment of uterine fibroids,is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients, and has less inflammation and less pain.
