Effect Analysis of Ritodrine Hydrochloride Combined with Transabdominal Amniotic Cavity Perfusion in Patients with Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with transabdominal amniotic cavity perfusion in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membrane. Methods A total of 86 patients with premature rupture of membrane admitted to Feixian County People's Hospital from June 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with transabdominal amniotic cavity perfusion and lactobacillus vaginal capsule, and the observation group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.Serum inflammatory factors, clinical related indicators, maternal and infant outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α interleukin-6 and serum amyloid A in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The prolongation time of gestation in observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the contraction inhibition and duration of treatment were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes and perinatal adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were 4.65%and 2.33%,respectively,which were lower than 23.26%and 18.60%in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of ritodrine hydrochloride and transabdominal amniotic carity perfusion in patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes can effectively relieve inflammatory symptoms, improve clinical indicators and maternal and infant outcomes, and has good safety.
