Effects of Perioperative Special Nursing Combined with Comprehensive Heat Preservation Intervention on Postpartum Recovery Indexes and Hypothermia of Parturientes after Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative special nursing combined with comprehensive heat preservation intervention on postpartum rehabilitation related indicators and hypothermia of cesarean section parturients. Methods A total of 76 pregnant women who planned to undergo cesarean section in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received perioperative special nursing combined with comprehensive heat preservation intervention. The rehabilitation related indicators, body temperature changes, stress indicators, the occurrence of hypothermia and shivering were compared between the two groups. Results The time of the first postoperative exhaust and the first time of getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body temperature of the observation group at T2 and T3 were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Heart rate(HR)at T1 and T2 in the control group was faster than that at T0 in the same group, diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systiolic blood pressure(SBP)were higher than that at T0 in the same group, but HR in the observation group was slower than that of the control group, and DBP and SBP were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia and chills in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative special nursing combined with comprehensive heat preservation intervention can reduce the stress response of cesarean section parturients, reduce the incidence of hypothermia and shivering, and promote postpartum rehabilitation.
